Getting fed Up

I am so fed up with this game, i feel i'm paying for something im not getting, i just queued for over two hours to get in the game that was a 3500 que, when the game let me in it froze on the loading screen, so now im in a que of 4500, at 19:30, so again this evening im not going to get to play... if the devs knew they had a limited capacity, why did they sell so many copies of the game.... I was a hotelier, and i had 120 bedrooms, so that's how many rooms i could sell! i couldn't say to people, oh well yes sorry everyone turned up so you will have to wait in the lobby until we have room,,, its absolutely disgusting! i am retired due to ill health, and i gave up my Xbox subscription to be able to afford to play this game, i am now regretting that decision, and am very close to canceling my subscription and finding another game, what upsets me most is that i have played every single Final fantasy game since they came out, i Fear this will be my last!

The problem of queues persists, 6580 this is really maddening. Impossible to enter and play. Tomorrow and the following days the same thing will happen again, when will it be possible to play normally? This situation is already tiring and is lasting too long.

I've started que'ing up HOURS before I know I will actually be able to sit down and play while I go about doing other things. BUT I still have to pay attention to the que because I will randomly get a 2002 disconnect and if not right on top of it will start the madness over. So I can't just log in and go about my business or run around doing what I need to do, but still have to keep an eye on it so I don't get kicked and have to start the process over. I feel like SE could have done a lot better in this process than they have, including per-emptively preparing servers well before the pandemic caused issues.
