I've been asking to move or freeze my gametime because I can't play it.
I re-subbed on 12/11 and have not been able to stay connected after hours and hours of queue times.
I asked to simply pause my subscription so I could come play when this all finished it's course when I came back from the holidays travels.
I was told the following:
"Due to these issues, we have granted players 7 days of game time. This will be provided to players with an active subscription, and A Realm Reborn registered to the account. This will also be provided to players on their Free 30 day period, with entitlements that have been recently registered to the account. We will not be providing additional compensation at this time, however please stay up to date on the Lodestone for further details.
Please refer to the Lodestone article below regarding our update on the Endwalker Early Access and launch congestion, and 7 days of free game time:

If you are still experiencing issues after the Early Access period and release of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Endwalker, please check the Lodestone website (https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/) for further updates.
We would like to inform you that we cannot move your subscription to 12-27-2021 but you can cancel it. Once it gets cancelled, you will still be able to play the remaining game time on the account."
But I don't have this free time. I wasn't subbed on 12/7. Am I going to get this free time?
It seems wildly unfair that I subscribed to your game service, and I can't play the game, and I also can't freeze my time, and I'm also not compensated.
You took my money and I just can't even play this game, and I won't even be able to play the game until 12/28 at this point because of my own travels.
At this point I'm considering reaching out to my credit card company. What the hell? You just let me subscribe to a service and I can't even access the service - and you're saying disconnections are my fault?!!?
