I also would like to take a break until things normalized, but than i would lose my private and fc house because the housing system still is crap. -_-

Strangely this is why I never bothered to get a house even when a friend offered me his. Although I do not unsubscribe I do take chunks of time away from the game once or twice a year. Usually because crunch time for paperwork at work or because another game came out that I really want to play for a week or 2. I would inevitably forget to go visit my house every week to be sure I didn't lose it.
