I was fighting the last boss in the Void Ark raid when my PC suddenly froze. I restarted my PC and was met with this bug/error/etc. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice and have verified the Mog Station has the expansion linked to the account. The only other thing I can think of that may be causing the issue is that I don't have Endwalker linked to my account and the early access is over and I can't load into Old Sharlyan because of it.

Any help in sorting out this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Did you register the code for full access? If you ddint then you dont currently have access to EW. And if you logged out in a EW area you are kinda stuck.

I don't have the full access code registered to my account. I only just found out today that my (pre-)order was cancelled from the SE store. Is there really no way for me to access the character - or have it moved to an area unrelated to Endwalker?

Platform? (Steam/Windows/PS4/PS5/Mac etc.)
Does this only happen to one character or all characters?
Do you have the Endwalker expansion installed/registered to the account for the corresponding platform or only Early Access? Note that since Early Access has ended as of 12/10/2021 that you will need to register the actual registration code to continue playing content associated with it otherwise you will lose access to the expansion content.

Only the one character that is in an Endwalker area (as far as I know).

I only have the early access linked to my account - not the actual expansion itself. I was in an Endwalker area when I entered the Duty Finder to do a raid - Void Ark - which is a Heavensward area. Without the actual expansion linked to my account, is there no way for me to get access to my character and continue to play it in non-expansion areas or am I stuck until I actually have the expansion linked to my account?

You were in Endwalker Area and logged off (even if you was in Void Ark) as you getting ported back after the instance - you musst enter the key now to gain access again.

Your character being level 90 without the expansion might also be causing the problem. Just go order the game again since the last order was cancelled and I am sure you will get emailed the game code instantly.

You need to register your second cd code for Endwalker. You can find the official registration through the Square Enix store via you purchases or your email. If you purchased through Steam you will find it in your games library by right clicking on FFxiv Online Game in the list and go to cd keys. There you will find the official EW key that you need to register.

If your no longer have the expansion you'll need to ask the support team to move your character to a safe area and you'll lose the levels you gained for early access unless you rebuy the expansion

Unfortunately for me, I've found that my original order was cancelled because the funds weren't available when they tried to complete the pre-order towards the end of November and I don't have them now. So I'll be unable to log in for awhile.
