We’ve had server problems for years now, it didn’t just become a problem. It was only more noticeable now because of expansion release. They did nothing to fix them for years and only applied bandaid after bandaid fix. Also i think there is some basis for these claims. A lot of the feedback they take is purely from the jp forums and they’ve basically abandoned these forums in favor of other social media.
