One of the worst things about retainers is having to back out through their menus one step at a time when you're done with them.
Please, SE, just let us walk away from the summoning bell to end the session no matter where are in the menus.

As an omni crafter, omni gather, and multiple retainers.... THIS is what I want my sub money to go towards.
It's pretty annoying that I have to back out of the retainers ....every....single.....time. Sometimes 20-30 times per play session.
My god it would be nice to just walk away.
Also let us craft with items in retainers.
Retainers are a weird backend from 1.0. Also why they never get QoL improvements. They should be deleted and a new system put into place. They could still overcharge us for space, but a better user experience would be nice.
It used to be better until they changed it in shadowbringers. There is a shortcut I find works 100% of the time. Pressing the power button on your PC will tell your retainer to shut up xD
Why are retainer menus so slow?
I have wanted this since I started playing in ARR.
A big part of why I don't craft is the back and forth menu hopping. If I could just draw on what is on my retainers from the crafting menu I'd craft more.
(of course what I really want is the crafting resource infinity bag from ESO but I don't think this game can handle that)
