When were macros added into the game?

ah interesting so what did they change about them to make them more useful for combat?

The only changes that I'm aware of since 2.0:

• Late ARR (?) - "/wait #" no longer needs its own line, can be "<wait.#>" at the end of a line
• SB (?) - Added account-wide macros
