At the end of the quest "A Ten-year Promise" the last line read
Jude: Her continued encouragement has really lit a fire in my heart. I feel as fierce as a bomb!
Despite my character being male.

Same problem here, just came here to see if someone else had already reported it.

I just completed the quest and noticed this as well. My character is male, but the last line read:
Jude: Her continued encouragement has really lit a fire in my heart. I feel as fierce as a bomb!
(Copied this from Event text)

Having skimmed the last few lines of text for that quest (as I haven't played it myself yet), rather than an error of gender, it sounds like that should be saying "your" rather than "her" – assuming that it follows directly from the previous line of dialogue and doesn't have some visual or story context that I'm missing.
I just finished that quest and took a picture for proof. I play as a male Roegadyn, so this sort of stuck out to me.

It actually should be "His" or "Her". The NPC is talking to himself, in his mind, often during the questline. In this case, after you complete the quest, he thanks you, then it goes into an inner-dialog where the NPC talks to himself. Talking about how helpful and inspiring you are.Having skimmed the last few lines of text for that quest (as I haven't played it myself yet), rather than an error of gender, it sounds like that should be saying "your" rather than "her" – assuming that it follows directly from the previous line of dialogue and doesn't have some visual or story context that I'm missing.
