No matter how well the game may have been made, the review should rate this game below 2 Tops.

It is actually unplayable to a significant portion of your playerbase - any adult that has a job can hardly get a couple hours in before primetime.

As a fellow Software Business Leader I implore you to come clean with your community. If you are having trouble finding someone who can provide Server Hardware or hosting space you can reach out to me (seriously).

You are deceiving your player base and I for one am sick of it. I literally have everything you need and it's one DM away.

It should actually be a bannable offense to start trash with someone like this, clearly Gaming is not my vertical and I am not funded to be making sales to shoddy Gaming Companies. But I can give them a contact yes, and would though it's gotta be on my time.

Your business leader title is confusing to be honest, where are you leading your business by sitting on a stockpile of servers during an international shortage while trying to sell them on an Internet forum (but only at a time that suits you, who needs million pound contracts eh?)

Review bombing is a petty, I want to speak to your manager, type of thing. Sure the service is terrible with the queues right now, and I'm not defending that, but what I have been able to play has been amazing. Review bombing it because of the login situation is a stupid idea, and you should feel bad for every making this post.

Rating this expansion either 0 or 1 because of the queue problems is the same as rating something you bought on Amazon a 0 because the delivery person didn't deliver it in time to you. Absolutely pointless and dumb.

The rating is meant to jeopardize their success, which is a valid recompense to the community. SE should be forced to repay us somehow for this in a more substantial way than 7 days game time.

You accomplish this faster with honest reviews that take into account the Delivery of the game as well as it's construction.

For much of this community, folks like me who have full time jobs this game is nigh unplayable currently. No person with a day job should expect to reliably receive the service we pay a monthly subscription for.
