game crashes randomly

i'm only in stormblood and after going to yanxia in the cut scene it just crashed, i later tried to go in again and it would crash randomly; things like opening the map, discovering new area, walking in front of an enemy.

i tried the re-install corrupt files and then i just couldn't even get in, as soon as it loaded in the game's just gone.

i changed the directX support thing and when it is turned off the game crashes occasionally (anywhere), and with it on the game seems to be ok unless i'm in yanxia.

Could you provide a system report? apply. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
