In game lag issues making the game unplayable

Hi my character name is Pantheon Atreus in Ather/Cactuar server playing on PS5. I had literally 0 issues with in game lag pre endwalker but after the endwalker release I started having really bad in game lag/stuttering issues. Like when I am playing, my character suddenly freeze for 5-10 seconds then everything comeback to normal this lag/freeze happen 10+ times every 15 minutes. For the last 4 days the game has been almost unplayable for me the only thing I can do is crafting or gathering. Because I can't play anything other than DoH/DoL I can't do anything in the game I can't even do my daily roulettes please is there anything I can do to fix this or is this a server issue after endwalker. Reminder this never I repeat never happened before endwalker.

I was fine last evening amidst the hustle and bustle of prime time play. This morning and early afternoon though was a different story. I will try a wired connection to see if it helps, but I'm about 99.9999% sure that it is the servers and not my connection. I have pretty dang good wi-fi and my PS5 is in pretty close proximity to it, so I almost never have an issue with FF XIV. Haven't had many lag issues with Endwalker until today, and it's...actually pretty bad. My "rubberbanding" happens quite frequently, easily at least once every minute, if not more.

Same issue for me. I'm on Coeurl. East coast NA.

I'm not sure why or how, but switching to a wired connection seems to have fixed my problem for the time being. Might reset my modem later to confirm though. East coast NA as well here.

Edit: Wi-fi connection is working fine as well now. Apparently I just needed to do a hard reset. That's not to say that there's not any issues still going on, because I'm sure that there are. But my issues were fixed through rather simple means, at least for the time being.
