If you are going to do nothing then at least start issueing refunds

Almost 10 days of promises of "we are working on it, we are working on it" and whiteknights saying "it will get better, this is standard MMO launch procedure since 420 B.C, I am an MMO historian"

    and the

    GAME.
    IS.
    STILL.
    UNPLAYABLE.

So start issueing refunds before you become WoW2 and everyone moves to Lost Ark.

    It's not unplayable at all.

Plenty of people are getting in after fighting login savage and not giving up.

If people decide to go to a wanna be Diablo clone like Lost Ark, let them. Better for all involved.

No. Your assessment is incorrect in saying the game isn't playable. Don't let your emotions run your judgement in terms of what is happening. The fact IS that the game is playable and I've been able to play successfully many nights since the launching of the early release. Does that mean I've had nights where issues happened and I couldn't get in at that time? Yep, you bet. It happens and its for you to decide how you wish to perceive that. Bottom line is, it is playable; you've just been unlucky with getting in.

Then the government needs to revise the applicability criteria for Unemployment Benefits because there's clearly one too many people sitting 4 hours on their ass waiting to play a videogame while the rest of us contributors have to work 8-9 hours a day and have a service we paid for be denied.

Yeah better when SE starts losing a lot more money than what it would've cost to increase server capacity.

It's unplayable when people have been trying to log in since Wednesday with no luck. 4 hour ques with errors then que resets for another 4 hours. COMPLETELY UNPLAYABLE

Keep on Keeping on you SE keyboard Warriors. Welcome to QueWalker. Not to be confused with YoshiP QQWalker. Good day gents

    I agree on refunds.
If you are a casual player with a normal work life balance and a normal family life, gaming will likely be a activity reserved for the evening hours. If you switch on your Console or PC at that time, you can not play. It is as simple as this.
Now this problem will stay for quiet some time to come.
Let us just assume the worst case. Before Endwalker, you extended your subscription for another 6 months. You preordered for early access. We are 10 days, you did not manage to play at all. Now you even might be at a higher pop server and can expect this to go on - for weeks.

Do you really say this is an acceptable situation? It is not unplayable? Of course, it might be rather playable for you. But depending on region and server, it simply is not. And this absolutely needs be adressed. Because - and that is as true as it gets - the player that can not play is not at fault here!

There are several players, myself included, who have leveled up to 90 and have completed the MSQ.

The game is not unplayable as a whole.

Yes, for some, due to the queue issues they have been unable to play due to not being able to either babysit a queue or be able to queue in early enough to get in during times they are able to play.

Yes, it's frustrating. Yes, SE needs to continue to work towards fixing the problem and doing what they can to prevent this from being an issue come the patch releases and the next expansion release.

But making exaggerated claims is likely a quick way for your issue to be put into the "not accurate" pile and not dealt with. When trying to get corporations to spend money to fix a problem by doing X, you need to give them an accurate description of the problem and then present your solution and explain why that that is the most cost effective way to solve the problem.

By saying the game is unplayable, you've failed the first part. You haven't painted an accurate picture of the problem.

Personally, refunds are a bit of a stretch at this point - the game is playable if you play off peak or can sit through the queues. They should offer more free weeks of sub time for players with an active sub. Refunds imo would only be appropriate if the game was unplayable for a vast majority of players regardless of when they were logging in or their ability to sit through a queue. Like for the NA player whose normal play time is around 3 am since they have a job that has them working a non-typical shift, if they were unable to log into the game on an NA server and play for a reasonable amount of time without experiencing game breaking issues.

For players who have a work/life schedule that does not allow them to log on until near prime time, the game is indeed unplayable. If they fix the 2002 errors, then that would be another thing. As it stands, when an individual waits in the queue for 2 hours, just to be kicked out due to the error and then rejoin, further back in line, renders the game unplayable for those people. I'm fortunate enough to not have that schedule, but I do feel sympathy for those who purchased but can't play.

Good job on not being an inclusive member of the community and being toxic.

I completely agree with a refund. Extended game time doesn't interest me at all. The only way to influence change, is to influence the money.

This was extremely poor implementation and lack of oversight of the data center/server capacity. Completely inadequate load testing based on the number of pre-orders and huge influx of new players.

It wasn't like SE didn't know how many pre-orders there were and how many new active accounts there were. The launch should have been further delayed to ensure this kind of scenario would never exist.
