The 6 hour queue

I apologize I should have made the post more about the problem on the second reset.

For clarity, I had moused over another character on the server and when the Queue list was doing its recommunication with the server updating, it had selected another of my characters.

And then reset the Queue and there was no error, I was never logged out.

Be warned, don't mouse over your other characters anytime while waiting.

That sounds like an honest-to-goodness glitch to me (or the buttons on your computer mouse are dying if you're on PC)
