Summoners already getting blacklisted from groups

If it happened today, I can garantee your the reason is not the summon animations...
Everyone knows that you can reduce the pet size, just look at this topic.

Everyone mentions the petsize and party effects, I don't know anyone that ignore you can turn them off.
I haven't seen any of these party kicking/forbidding SMN, have you asked them, told them about the commands to reduce party effects?

You can also turn off particle effect from other players, if im not mistaken... and just watch your own.

Most people don't kick a party member because they don't know how to adjust there settings either. Stupid is as stupid does.

It's already begun. I have seen multiple groups advertising no summoners on the current ex trials or just outright kicking them when they join due to ifrit and titan making encounters so much harder.

Square Enix really needs to add a way to adjust summoners visuals on an individual player level or by the time savage raids and ultimate come out summoners are going to he completely removed from the scene due to their screen wide obscurity.

Pet size all small only works if the summoner himself does it and it does not adjust the visuals at all.

The problem is mostly that this is NOT a well advertised feature, at all, in any point in game. And if you didn't read the entirety of a multi-page patch notes, you wouldn't know about this feature. It's a serious problem.

If you press control f and type in command or egi in the search bar that would had help

guys read the patch notes. you have to do it yourself as it's client side not server side.

do that and there won't be any issues anymore.

If you are unwilling to se your effects for other players to limited that is not the summoners fault. I love xiv animations but they have always been a little to much in full groups. I have had my effects set to limited for years and after a week you don’t even notice it.

An easier method is just /petsize all small, which will change the size of all of SMN's summons to small.
