I'm being switched to a different character on my character list mid login queue.

This is the 2nd night this has happened. I sat through a 3k queue, got down below 500, then suddenly I'm on a different character 2 slots down my list and at the end of the line. Trying to login on my main character puts me at the back of the line there too. I'm not interacting with the game window at all.

Long queues are fine. The occasional 2002 error is whatever, but I don't have 4 hours in the evening on a work night to sit through queue two or three times. Any help with this?
