The only thing I question is why my personal experience is very different from what this proof says. I use a VPN designed to optimize connections, namely giving me a bit of control over how my connection is routed by letting me select certain nodes. So can adjust my connection to have less hops and thus a shorter path and for the most part, avoid problematic nodes. I may get a single 2002 every 3 to 4 hours during peak times. If I forgo the use of my VPN, I find myself getting 2002'd far more often.

I am on Gilgamesh by the way, so one of the super populated servers. This isn't a one off thing either, but something I experienced consistently throughout the week.

This is while you are tying to login, not while playing.
The queue system is so dumb, it seems to drop itself every 15 minutes for unknown reasons and then fails to connect again. On top of that, many times it fails to put you back in the same spot you were.

Yes, I am specifically talking about the login experience. I was not talking about what it is like in game. I am also able to consistently get back to my spot in the queue whenever I do get 2002'd. Only once did I not and that was only because I had fell asleep while waiting in queue due to having a long day that day.
