Game wise I have no idea how many out of 10. Haven't been able to play at all.

Server wise like -10 out of 10. Like pathetic out of 10. Like small indie company out of 10.

But what would I know I like to shout at clouds.

Why should it be rated a 0 or a 1? Literally everyone on my friends list have been playing and even those with regular 9-5 jobs are nearly done with the xpac story already.

I get that queues suck and it's hard to play, and for those that jammed a small handful of servers because that's where the streamers were it's going to be really rough for awhile. That's just what happens when the population of the game triples overnight.

But the game works fantastically once you get online. I have not been disconnected a single time. I'm level 89 and just did the last trial. I'll finish it up tomorrow most likely. So the game itself is just fine. It's getting in that's the problem and they can't help that so long as there is way too many people trying to get online at the same time.

No matter how well the game may have been made, the review should rate this game below 2 Tops.

It is actually unplayable to a significant portion of your playerbase - any adult that has a job can hardly get a couple hours in before primetime.

As a fellow Software Business Leader I implore you to come clean with your community. If you are having trouble finding someone who can provide Server Hardware or hosting space you can reach out to me (seriously).

You are deceiving your player base and I for one am sick of it. I literally have everything you need and it's one DM away.

I mean the game's content isn't really 1-2 worthy.

The process of logging in - yeah, I'll admit its bad and it genuinely is a struggle for a decent population of people to play nowadays.

But I don't think it's worthy of a severely low rating.

I've been in a queue for two and a half hours today so far. It's annoying but I'd still give the game high marks. I've really enjoyed most of the expansion so far.

I dont think review bombing would solve any issues. The reality that for some players being locked out of the game is freakin terrible is one thing. And of course, if you rate the game, the current state of service should be something that goes into the final rating. In the end, you read those to know what you can expect. Thus, being honest, is a good thing. Anyways, any decent reviewer or website doing so professionally will surely still try to make a review as comprehensive and fair as possible.

Now for individual ratings .. well, that is another topic. If anyone wants to give a game a negative review on steam because he only has negative experiences with it? That is fine. Just don't force your view on others. Even if those "others" might hate those problems as much as you do.
