

We will probably get more free game time. The announcement with the free game time did say that additional compensation could happen. It probably has to be cleared with the higher ups at SE though.The rating is meant to jeopardize their success, which is a valid recompense to the community. SE should be forced to repay us somehow for this in a more substantial way than 7 days game time.
You accomplish this faster with honest reviews that take into account the Delivery of the game as well as it's construction.
For much of this community, folks like me who have full time jobs this game is nigh unplayable currently. No person with a day job should expect to reliably receive the service we pay a monthly subscription for.
The only way this analogy plays is if the author were responsible for the work's delivery and you rated the package as a whole. Aka it doesn't make sense. They deserve criticism for the failure to connect customer with product, point blank. Even they agree with this. You don't issue public apologies for mistakes you didn't make.

No.... its actually deceptive and an unfair representation to sit there and say the game is a 0 -2 just because a big portion of the playerbase is having difficulty playing.SE -
No matter how well the game may have been made, the review should rate this game below 2 Tops.
It is actually unplayable to a significant portion of your playerbase - any adult that has a job can hardly get a couple hours in before primetime.
As a fellow Software Business Leader I implore you to come clean with your community. If you are having trouble finding someone who can provide Server Hardware or hosting space you can reach out to me (seriously).
You are deceiving your player base and I for one am sick of it. I literally have everything you need and it's one DM away.
We can make the Sale in under 24 hours.
To do so, would be to unfairly discount and ignore the people who HAVE been able to play and would unfairly ignore their experiences.
As a Member of the Playerbase, 0 -2 rating is not a Representation of the game, even if I have to sit through a 20minute to 1 hour Queue.
With my own Experience, I can rate this a 9/10. But with the Server issues, I wind down to a 6.5 - 7 for the time it takes to get INTO the game.
I'm not going to give an otherwise amazing expansion a poor review just because I have difficulty logging in.
If I order a steak and the waiter drops it on the floor (repeatedly) on the way to my table, I'm not leaving a rave review. If they say, "I couldn't help it the restaurant was so busy!" I'd say, "Then you shouldn't have taken so many orders!". Bottom line, an unplayable product has been paid for by countless customers. That doesn't deserve positive reviews.
