How Are People Going To Have Statics

Considering a large portion of people came from WoW and have not experienced a current content raid. I think it may be worst then you are thinking as there is a bigger draw in this expansion than previous ones.

You're not wrong (hence the "historically" qualifier), though I would also submit that WoW raiders may find raiding in this game somewhat disappointing.

At least, as a non-raider, this would be my assumption from all the complaints/feedback on raiding here over the years.

Just realised I probably will not be able to raid anymore. Which is the primary reason I play this game. If it continues like this I will just have to quit.

With the servers as they are. How are you intended on playing with a static group. As it is for you to play at your raid time you would have to devote 2 - 3 hours a head of time just to log in. What does your group plan to do if a party member DCs? Just curious on what other people think of this with savage coming in a couple weeks.

As a static, choose a standard or lower pop server to World Visit the day before your static meets.

You're implying that SMN was a difficult class to play before? Because it really wasn't.

The thing is, another delay to Savage would make people, especially World First, angry, as they prepare ahead of time and also hand in PTO. At the same time, not delaying Savage further would be a disaster when people don't all succeed to login on time.

In conclusion, no matter what the devs do, they can only lose.

(This is speculation based on the current situation. Who knows what/if something changes within the next 3 weeks, my crystal orb broke.)

For my Static, the situation sucks as some won't be able to log in till the evening due to work and we have someone that will have to log off by that time due to an early shift. However, we're more on the casual side, so we'll survive.

Not true, are more people have been afk macroing the queue has been getting worst. Yesterday on Gilgamesh it took on average 4 - 5 hours to get through a 7000 person queue. Where earlier in the week this would take 2 hours.

If you are on aether data center there really isn't a low pop server to go on. And I may be wrong but I think the queue system works for the over all data center? This assumption is based off the fact the queue can only have 17000 people in it but people get 2002 with less then 17000 in the queue for the specific world.

Wut? You realize a very small percentage of players do that content right? Most people never step foot in a raid.
