Adding Garlean Gunblade & Glam in the Game

That is an interesting theory. The gnath do use rifles too if I’m mistaken. And the Garleans love their firearms.

Though its a stretch, maybe a young Gaius had indirectly encounted the gnath while scouting through the Dravinian Forelands (I think that's the area where the gnath are...?) and he wound up getting confronted by a dragon that had so happened to be chasing a couple of Gnath and the dragon mistakenly took Gaius and his men for more Gnath.

The fact that Gaius so far is the only Garlean we've encountered with such a unique sword style like his that it took Varius recreating it through Emerald Weapon with several extra arms instead of just two, makes me wonder if Ravana's style and looks were based off a younger Gaius wearing different armor and a less polished style to his gunblade sword play.

It could be another Garlean legatus or simply an ancient Gnath. Regarding the Garlean gunblade stance / sword style, I believe it’s standardised. Almost every prominent pure blooded Garlean has it, including Gaius himself.







I hope that we get it with the gunblade and armour someday. And get another gunblade wielding DPS job that is Garlean. We already have SMN & SCH sharing the same weapons so I can’t see the harm in adding another one.

Also the gunblade is used by paladin so hopefully they release it for both GNB & PLD.
