Queue time problem not our problem, Square Enix fix

This is really bad, wait 3 hours for a queue of 6000, finally get in game, 5 mins, then game crashes, relog in, back to 6000 queue, how must I wait 6 hours to play a game after work, I need to sleep, work, and all it takes is 30 mins for you to kick an afk player.

really a waste of money for a game I cant even play. Is there a plan to fix queue times or are we going to have to start asking for refunds? we don't even get something for a problem that is for sure not our fault, why must we suffer?

I spend over R1000/$65 USD this week on this game and cant even play.

Last response about the error was on 11 Dec, 3 hours from now then we are already on 13 Dec

Im feel the same. Square saw the influx of players this year and did not prepare for it for this expansion. They are at fault.
