I get it, this beautiful game has a cool new expansion and as YoshiP has told us countless times, the servers are congested!

Today I thought I was going to be lucky, *only* waited 2 hours when I got down to position 58 in the queue. But no my friends, no! Error 2002-ex crushed my dreams once again! *Spiritbond with ground completed*


BUT you see, that is not really what bothers me the most. When I tried to login again, my queue position was up to over 4000 again.

I mean... how difficult would it be for the login server to *remember* the user's queue position even if error 2002 happens? Reserve their spot for a couple of minutes to give the user a chance to hop back in where they were...

Do we require a rocket scientist here?

They don't care about your satisfaction, only the appearance of it. They don't care due to the horrendous amounts of white knights who have been foolish enough to play WoW to think that this is great service.

WoW and FFXIV have both been awful off/on. This happens just about every expansion or major release and they definitely knew it would come.

No excuses cover this.

If you want to label anyone who do not disagree you, you can take this to reddit
On reddit, at least you can down vote people who don't agree with you and only show people that is your target audience.
