Steps:
1. Enter the area below the large platform in Elpis, the Hungering Gardens
2. In my case, I was fishing, but just being present is sufficient
3. Await other players to engage the Morbol Marquis on top the of platform
4. Listen for the combat sounds and camera shake resulting from their combat.

The 'area of effect' of the combat sounds and the camera shake of the Morbol's attacks reach all the way below the platform, at ground level. While I was fishing in said location, I nearly fell off my chair in surprise when I noticed this, worrying some mob had somehow snuck up on me. My Sound Effects volume was extra high to hear the fishing sounds, so the jumpscare was extra nasty.

Considering the height different is 100-150 yalms if not more, the range of these combat effects seems excessive. For the fishing spot below this platform, this is undesired.
