Hello,

First of all, sorry for my bad english.

Since the launch of endwalker i has bee getting the error 90006 while i'm in game but is not as constant than others has been experiencing. Still it is so annoying because i have re queue every time and that takes a lot of time depending on the queue.

I have checking the connection and found the IP my client connect to is 204.2.229.97 and i have a theory why is happening and i am pretty sure it's because a change the made recently or they really have a problem with their ISP, VPNs, Tunnels.

Usually my ping is around 150, but i captured ping statistics when the problem happens:

When everything is fine:

When the timeout starts to happen:

After the game kick me it goes back to normal:

If you notice when the error is happening my ping goes up to "199" and you can easily deduce they have (servers) a validation that disconnect any connection that goes over 200ms ping, in other words a forced timeout and i am pretty sure that is the reason for my disconnect a probably for a lot of other players.

And before you say is my ISP, or my router, modem, even the cable connecto to the pc, it is not because it goes back to normal the second the server kicks (as you can see in the image) me and from my experience that could be VPN, or Tunnel degradation after you reach the 200ms. and Before anyone says i don't know what i am talking, i am a system engineer and i manage azure and aws tunnels and VPNs, but of course i can't be a 100% certain of this because i don't know their infrastructure. For all i know can be a faulty port on a switch.

I never got an error 90006 before endwalker, and now i get then at least 5 times every day, also the first day of early access i could play all day without troubles.

Thank you.
