Why does Bozjan/Zadsnore give more exp per FATE than EW FATEs?

They don't want us to do the new content.
Just like how with the ShB relic they wanted us to do ARR SB alliances and 60 dungeons.

That...makes perfect sense to me, actually. It helps keep people in the southern front so people can get their mount and finish their relic, and level their reaper & sage.
People doing their shared fates will still do said fates, and I haven't had any issues finding a party for that in pf.

You don't get Double EXP and twist of fate in Bozjan areas.
Also they still want people doing old content.

Balls in your court on how you wanna do it. Can't expect the game to throw away everything that's not new. Wanna power level? Do Bozja fates. Done leveling, wanna farm glam now? Spam Dngs. Done with that and want gemstones? Do EW fates.

maybe cause they indented to you power level till endwalker, an at endwalker you enjoy the story and level normally.

Yeah, but you can get Garlean crates, and a warning sign for your house - just some of many reasons to do EW FATEs.
