Any reimbursements available?

I pre-purchased the collecter's addition, then went on a break, then paid 90 days the day before the release. As of today, I have yet to play a single second of the new expansion since I am always 3000+ in the queue to log in, and my client always crashes or gets some kind of error after 1+ hours of waiting.

I totally get that the game is just released and that there is an influx of players because of how disappointing other MMO's. But not a single second, not one!?!

Does square have any intentions of perhaps meeting the unfortunate halfway and reimbursing "some" of our lost time??? doesn't have to be all of it, doesn't even have to be a lot of it, but a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way at this point....

You.. already got 7 seven days? With the promise of more coming if needed already made as well.. I'm a little confused here.. you're asking for what they've already said you're very likely going to be given..?
