While they can't upgrade the servers. How about turning off the subscription fee for all Endwalker registered accounts starting from December 7th? After all, they are charging for a service they cannot adequately provide.So... let me say what's already been said over a dozen times as well.. you realize there are very real problems in the world right now that are directly responsible for why Yoshi P and team couldn't prevent this, despite trying to for the last 7 or so months, right?
Yes, your frustrations, all of our frustrations, are entirely valid. But just like many others, you're entirely flying by just why the queue times are what they are.
"Stand in the ashes of a trillion dead souls and ask the ghosts if honor matters."
"The silence is your answer."
Devs are different people from square enix administrative personel. The latter are concerned with profits.Oh yes, i'm sure the devs deliberately put in long queue times just to piss us off.
Seriously, you really think the devs wanted this? they didn't know the WoW and new world were going to implode and so a good portion of their playerbase were going to flock over here. It's not their fault there's a chip shortage in the world so they can't make new servers. And seeing countless threads moaning about the same thing is not going to help, the devs are going what they can, if there was some easy fix to this problem they would have done it by now, just wait a few weeks and the queues will quiet down.
You're talking complete crap. I can go on any server Colocation website right now and order a top end server at £450 a month cost to myself and have same day/24h setup.
Square have EVERY available resource to fix this. They just won't because it will cost more than they're willing to put down.

Do not make lame excuses... They could use the Cloud, even if temporarily !!
The problem is not a queue but 2002. I can wait, it's not comfortable but i can stomach that. But random bullshit 2002 just nullifies all waiting.
I've been here since ARR through all sorts of ups and downs but not being able to even log in during my normal hours is really upsetting. I do not have the time nor the patience to babysit a login queue for more than 30 to 40 minutes at times when normally I could just log in within less than 10 seconds. I'm personally sick of the excuses and while I know they are doing the best they can there has to be something done about this. It's just not acceptable, and as a long time fan I don't think my tolerance has ever been tested to this degree.
I think that wouldn't be a bad idea actually.
I seem to recall your thread about that going horribly for you.. I recall a loooot of people telling you exactly why that was a very very horrible idea.
