    NTT Probably has a facebook / twitter, I'd suggest maybe trying these routes to see if they respond in a more decent manner in a public setting. SE we're just asking for transparency, saying our internet is the problem is just wrong and you keep sending us that same scripted message everytime, do you have a community manager?

    Also where is the credit that would be given if this still persisted after 7 days? We have been patient so this needs to be pushed out further at this point. I cannot play during the day nor should I be expected to move my schedule to play a game when the services are not working properly throughout the day. That is not a resolve on the issue. I am very frustrated and have a right to be and the candid responses are no longer cutting it, I'm sorry.

    We have to queue a long time (usually 3 hours ish at peak hours), babysit that queue because of 2002 errors all this to get slapped by a disconnection message because of gin.ntt packet loss issue. It just doesn't feel worth it anymore. You have every rights to be upset.

    The problem is always at the same spot....

    We are getting close to prime time. I'm going to be fucked on playing again tonight because of this... and there is nothing I can do about it except cancel my sub and walk away, and even then they still have my money for an expansion I can't play, that I pre-ordered and bought a collectors edition so I could have "Early Access" - Ha...joke...

    So I have been having a different issue but it also seems to be coming from the same location. I have contacted both SE and my ISP both will not work with me. I have done everything on my end to try and figure it out.

    Everyday at exactly 6pm CST on the dot I am disconnected from FFXIV. before that time and after I can play the issue is like everyone else if you get DCed welcome to sitting in queue. And Im active playing when I DC at that time everyday.

    I ran a ping to both the server name for Aether and ip adress and the ping to the IP continued but the server name connection timed out at that time. This leads me to believe its something with DNS. However I then ran tracert as well at this time and just like your image my image shows the same place of failure and packet loss.......

    This issue I have been having only started after updating to Endwalker but this node looks to be the culprit 100%.

    Their response is uh...deflecting at best. The connection is dropped and re-established on the server end every 15 minutes. I don't know if that's leftover jank from 1.0 or what, but I can't think of a reason a login server would need to do that. Furthermore, it's wild that it doesn't try again even once when the connection doesn't re-establish, and then it boots you from the client entirely. It's pretty egregious that they didn't address this once they knew congestion would be an issue.
