    NTT is requesting a traceroute from SQ Servers to my endpoint... yeah like THAT will happen.

    The issue seems to be ae-1.r24.snjsca04.us.bb.gin.ntt.net <- That is what starts going down when everything goes to absolute shit.

    At this point, flood NTT with tickets about ae-1.r24.snjsca04.us.bb.gin.ntt.net and make them fix it. We have trace routes from all over the US pointing back to that single hop starting the disaster.

    Edit: Everybody that can do WinMTR or pingplot to ae-1.r24.snjsca04.us.bb.gin.ntt.net and post results after 10 minutes please. I want to gather up enough tests to send in.

    Client side - on refresh of queue place encrypt the time and queue place and store it locally. On successful login delete the previous local data.

    Server side - On login send the time and place, decrypt it, and run an algorithm to determine an appropriate place in line.

    This shouldn’t be this hard. I’m speaking as a professional software architect. Admittedly I’ve never developed video games, just business applications, but this shouldn’t be hard.

    This is beyond ridiculous. I have to sit and watch the queue waiting for it to kick me so I can log back in on the off chance I am still in my original place in line. We have 1 minute plus 10s of a second to log back in??? I'm not even allowed to risk having a bathroom break JUST IN CASE it kicks me??? No ma'am, no bathroom breaks for you. You must in front of screen doing absolutely NOTHING for 2+ hours and then PRAY it lets you in after it's your turn to get in.

    No.. seriously.. at least do something to remember our spot in line! Oh.. and while you're at it... send us some free mogstation stuff (I'd like a free mount of choice to ride around once this dies down somewhere between now and Armageddon)

    Ok its confirmed. There is no one from square actually reading these forums. This is a BOT. Not only did it post the EXACT same copy and paste message in multiple threads, but everyone one of them has the exact same broken link. This is hilarious at this point!

    This post was in the first thing I posted which is why it was posted in the first place due to the inaccurate data on the 2002 error in the post. Where are we on this as this is server side and not the user side?

    Pretty sure that if it was a problem with an individuals internet, there wouldn't be as many people reporting these DCing issues in the 9000X category right now. Needs to be looked at closer by the developers and fixed.

    Just lost my ability to play tonight because I stepped away from my PC and missed the ridiculously tiny window to log back in and hold my spot in queue. It is not, and has never been, a problem with my Internet connection. Between that nonsense and moderator bot replies we get, I'm fully convinced SE doesn't give a crap about customers having this problem.
