feedback: the queue times

Ok the game is good and everybody loves Yoshi P. But we pay to play not to wait hours to log. We also have a life , the time to play everyday is maybe 1 or 2 hours. So it is no acceptable "apologies" and "we are woking on ...". Square Enix new the game popularity , we the comunity make the game what it is now with 25 millons players. They should provide more data centers or servers. The global chip shortage problem is not player problem. That can't be used as excuse.

So do you expect them to magically conjure server hardware out of thin air? The chip shortage literally makes it impossible for them to buy more servers even when they are willing to pay more money for them. To say that it can't be used as an excuse is severely underestimating the severity of the chip shortage.
