Everything works. I live in New Zealand and I am on the Japan datacenter. Everything is fine for me. I have yet to see evidence of any real issue currently except that there are long queue times during peak hours. Now I am on a less congested datacenter so there is room for me to be wrong but I'm gonna say it... fix your internet.

I dropped from the server a few hours into early access launch. When it happened there was rubber banding and other weird things going on. There was no 2002 error it was just a disconnect error, from what I remember. That was only right after early access and since the following day I had ZERO issues.

Fix your internet. Try and change my mind if you believe otherwise because I am not seeing any evidence that people aren't just disconnecting because of their own problem e.g. packet loss. Millions(?) of people are in the game right now. Stop blaming people and wanting compensation for your own issues.

Just gonna put this out there, the JP servers are far better set for this expansions player number hike. The fact the servers are in region, they can work on them anytime.

More than this ive had proof due to having my main account normally on NA data center, im barely able to even get anywhere near the front of the queue, much less actually ingame.
Whereas my JP account ive fully finished MSQ, i barely have issues trying to login to the most populated world on JP.

Got better to but still not perfect in Aether datacenter did not had 2002 in the last 2 day but restarted this evening but server are more overloaded too. I expected why I logged out earlier I would not be able to log back without babysiting the queue and that is the case. I will have to wait tomorrow to finish the msq

Hope it gets better when they add more servers.

Meanwhile, I got blocked from Endwalker due to product not registered. Been waiting for the key since 4 days ago. Checked the email and store. My order is not validated. Got 2 payment issues for my card. Used paypal on 3rd. Funny thing is my card still works on Mog Station. Waiting for reply from the support.

If you have bought it on steam you need to right click on the game on the library then key and them copy/paste on the mogstation. If it not that sorry for you.

Yeah, I bought it from SE Store. I need confirmation before I buy again so that I don't get charged twice if their system has issues.

yeah nah, mate I am also from NZ on JP DC (Tonberry) and I have been using wired connection. I often get 2002 during peak time and gets weird random disconnection during play time. The queue isn't as bad as NA players (usually around 4-5k during peak hours) but still quite stressful. Just for the testing purpose I was running continuous ping to router && to DC IP with 5ms interval while I was on the queue and I haven't had a single packet drop while I still get 2002 errors. I know bad internet connection is little part of the issue but not everyone having 2002 error because of it. They know what the problem is but they just need to buy more time to fix it by blaming the issue on the internet.
