Someone on the forums took notice that the 2002 occured at 30 minute intervals, which seemed to tie in the auto disconnect feature. I noticed this myself, 2002 right on the dot at 30 minutes unless I used my controller to press a button (apparently doesn't work with the mouse). I also have good stable internet. So no, it's not on our end and we don't need to "fix" our internet for only this game. However, it doesn't hurt to call your provider to have them do a quality check on the wires.

Edit: "I live in New Zealand and I am on the Japan datacenter." which is most likely reason why you were not having the same problems we are. We are playing on the US/EU data centers and the I bet the quality of hardware and service is piss poor in comparison to the JP center.
