Expansion is no longer on my account???

I went to log on today and it starting asking for a registartion code, when looking at the mogstation to see what the servers recognized my subscription at it was saying i don't own endwalker. I have pre-ordered endwalker and have already gone through the story currently having a lvl 90 WAR. i don't understand how the servers just decided to say i don't own the expansion.

you need to enter the full game expansion code. check your status on the mogstation. You should have gotten an e-mail reminding you to register the full game code before early access validity ended Dec 10.
If you're on Steam you should have both codes already. If you ordered via the NA Square Enix store go into your account/orders and get your full game code from there.

Thank you i did mis spoke when i stated i bought it i forgot this one was gifted to me but was able to get the code.
