"bought as guest" endwalker "this order is not validated"

Me and a friend of mine got the game as a gift, the preorder code worked fine and I've already completed endwalker.
Logged in today to find endwalker revoked

The email provided with purchase has a link
"click here to get access to your products"

when you click it, it says "sorry this order is not validated"

there has been no refund to the account, no new emails, and the old code for pre-release doesn't work.

Seems the call center is closed till Monday and there have been no replies from customer service.

I just wanna know if others are having this issue. I've found 3 people so far but I'm aware, not many buy as guests.

If anyone has advice on this it would be appreciated.

Side note, if someone can tell me why we have to enter another code for something we already bought and had access to that you can't get without buying the full game in the first place. I would LOVE to know.

I did read them all and they're not the same problem. their problem is that the code they were given was not validated. My issue is the game order is not validated. it's not even giving me a code, i click on redeem a product and it just says it's invalid.
