I think you'll understand maybe why I'm frustrated when:
- We're now past that 7 days free time
- They haven't announced additional time
- The issue at the heart of all this (inaccessibility of the game), according to them, will potentially last months due to sourcing issues for those DCs

I appreciate the 7-days. My point is that there needs to be more done on their part. If they want to give "free time" til the DCs are up and running and service levels return to normal/accessible, I'm all for that as Option 3.
