Packet loss...attempting to reconnect

I did. If I'm missing something please tell me exactly what I'm missing.

I get the bit about 17,000 and 21,000. Again, that makes sense for getting INTO the queue, but not once already inside it.
I get the bit about the blaming of players' internet connections and I find it insulting at best from SE.

What else am I not understanding?

It's not that you are missing something you are refusing to accept the possibility that somewhere in you internet connection there is not a packet loss which is pretty ridiculous since you have no control over other entities servers and neither does SE
