asking for registration code again

It probably depends on how you ordered the expansion. If you ordered it on the Square Store (as I did), you can find the order in your order history, get the order details, and select the option to see your unlocked keys. The Endwalker expansion key should be listed as well as the pre-order key (which you wouldn't need any longer). Take the full unlock key and enter it onto your account via the Mog Station.

yeah i did both keys thats why i was confused on why they were asking for it again. i went to my email and while i was looking for the email they sent me a new email with a new code. so i was able to get back on luckily

That's odd. I remembered getting one last week saying they'd send another with the new key on Tuesday, but I don't recall getting that email. I got back in by the steps I outlined earlier. Glad you was able to get back in, though.
