Endwalker Collector's Edition Code Registration Issues

Hmm, my charge for it cleared, but the address was wrong on the billing info. I updated my address, but not sure if that'll fix it. I also noticed I have a $1 charge from when I updated my card information that is still pending. I can't get that one to clear, though.

Then what about people like me who lives not in the region covered by SQEX service?
I don't live on Europe and for sure don't have Europe address but SQEX still needs EU address.
Am I doomed because of this?

Do I really have to LIVE THERE to play the game?
How shitty is that though if it's true...

YO!!!
I turned off my VPN and it actually registered.
I came to this forum to see that other people had this problem.

This is probably a longshot but, is there any chance you're using a VPN? My friend and I both got that error (at least I think it was that one) when attempting to register to the Endwalker code. It worked when we both tried with the VPN turned off (we both use different VPNs). Never had this issue before with registration.

me and some of my friends who got the game as gifts from "bought as guest" are having a similar issue
they never emailed and updated code, the old email when you click to register the game just says "this copy is not valid"
it revoked endwalker completely
which is dumb cause you cant BUY THE EARLY ACCESS WITHOUT BUYING THE GAME
idk why we have to enter 400 codes to start with but that aside, there has been no responce from customer service and the call center is closed till monday. so

I'm having the same issue. Anyone know where you can get news on it? I've logged a ticket.

I've been playing endwalker since early access but only noticed yesterday that I had that stop symbol next to me exp bar. Then logged into mogstation to find that where the tick used to show I had the collectors edition now it prompts me to purchase it. Even have the screenshot of my purchase through the PS store. Fingers crossed they respond to the ticket quick because now I can't progress in the MSQ

Hey I hope it helps you, I had this same issue for a couple days but it finally worked after i tried it on my phone instead and was able to redeem it that way.
