Endwalker Collector's Edition Code Registration Issues

So when i called my bank since its a credit union they hold all transactions for 4 years i gave them the date of the purchase and anything that day was purchased they cleared since item was in it waited 10 minutes

I'm not sure I can even do that to be honest, I recently closed my account that was linked to the card I used to pre-order/purchase my EW Collector's Edition with. I might be stuck until I can get help from the Support Center, but I may be locked out all weekend until Monday when they work again... :/
