Error Code: i2501 Expansion Registration Code

Getting this why I try to register the activation key from my FINAL FANTASY® XIV: ENDWALKER™ STANDARD EDITION [PC DOWNLOAD] Anyone know what is going on? Also is there anyway to get support on this?
