    Endwalker Collector's Edition Code Registration Issues

    Hello,

    I am posting here because I feel as if I have gotten no help resolving this error code i2501 issue and it's honestly becoming quite a problem and very frustrating to me.

    I've noticed others on these forums have had the same issues as I do, and I've tried to search and search for fixes but it seems nothing can be done unless Square Enix support intervenes somehow. It's been a couple of days that I've been trying to register my Endwalker Collector's Edition registration code to no avail. I've opened 3 separate tickets now since the first ticket was completely useless, and the other 2 seem to be ignored(maybe not but it feels that way after getting no solid response).

    Everything is all paid for since earlier this year in May, and I didn't have any trouble registering my early access code before. Whenever I try and register my code on the Mogstation, I am greeted with error code i2501 that does not allow me to register my Endwalker access code, this is becoming a big problem because now I am locked out of logging into my main character that is stuck in an Endwalker zone and I still have an active 6 month subscription running. I am now losing gametime for what seems to be an oversight in SE's part and I am not happy with this.

    I saw on someone else's thread that opening a ticket using this link worked for them:

    I also have tried that but have gotten no response even though its been at least 24 hours since I did so, and the person who it worked for only had to wait a day for a response that their issue was resolved and they were able to register their access code with no issues anymore.

    I have tried all the methods that SE customer support has suggested, such as trying a different browser, clearing my cache/cookies/history, etc., trying to register using my mobile phone with mobile data turned on instead of wifi, trying it with no VPN(I don't even use a VPN at all so that can't be my issue), etc. with no success. I also made sure I was entering the right Endwalker access code, the actual Endwalker access code not the early access code that I have already activated in the past. It feels as if there's some kind of block on my account or something of the sort because I also can't even make purchases for optional items without being given the error code i2501. At this point I am really just at the mercy of customer support and its becoming very frustrating for me. Not only have the queues already been horrible to even get into the game, but now I can't even play the game at all due to being locked out of my character for not having the ability to register my Endwalker registration code!! I paid for this service and I don't think its very fair to be treated this way, I'm losing out on valuable playtime, I would really appreciate it if someone from the support team could help me out and expedite this process for me, I seem to be getting nowhere and just feel like I'm going around in circles...

    wont help ppl are having issues who are in NA with the EW dropping off account or not getting the register code or their code saying already attached to another account

    Yeah I'm not sure what is going on here, but its very frustrating because I really can't even play my main character right now, or even enjoy the expansion that I paid for anymore at this time. I'm running out of patience because I haven't ever had an issue like this in the past. I've been playing on and off since around Heavensward time and haven't ever encountered this issue, or very many issues to be quite frank. I just want to register my expansion access code so I can get back in-game and enjoy my playtime on my days off! I had plans to play all day and finish progressing through the main story on my day off today and instead I get to sit here feeling stressed and frustrated that I can't even get into the game on my character currently.

    So i found a work around apparently and this is a long run about is i had to login to my bank and i went to pending transactions for the date i purchased it and cleared all purchase for that date waited 10 minutes login to mog station now the god damn thing shows register and its allowed me to login this is fucking BS having to do all that extra work

    Can you please explain what you did so I can understand it? You called your bank and cleared a pending transaction from that date? I don't quite understand what exactly that entails, since it shouldn't be pending from 6+ months ago should it? Am I missing something?

    Hmm, my charge for it cleared, but the address was wrong on the billing info. I updated my address, but not sure if that'll fix it. I also noticed I have a $1 charge from when I updated my card information that is still pending. I can't get that one to clear, though.

    I'm not sure I can even do that to be honest, I recently closed my account that was linked to the card I used to pre-order/purchase my EW Collector's Edition with. I might be stuck until I can get help from the Support Center, but I may be locked out all weekend until Monday when they work again... :/

    This is probably a longshot but, is there any chance you're using a VPN? My friend and I both got that error (at least I think it was that one) when attempting to register to the Endwalker code. It worked when we both tried with the VPN turned off (we both use different VPNs). Never had this issue before with registration.

    Zen has said that no VPN were used on the thread opening unfortunately
