No Endwalker Registration code help!

I'm considering purchasing the FINAL FANTASY® XIV: ENDWALKER™ DIGITAL COLLECTOR’S EDITION [PC DOWNLOAD] again in hopes they would provide me with a registration code for that purchase, then requesting a refund for the former purchase. My only real concern with that is that my previous purchase was back in August, so maybe it's too far back to be considered for a refund.

Sadly once you click the link to get the code from the email theres no way they will give you a refund

Yes, but I never got the actual game code. I only received an early access code. So hopefully they would treat that differently since I never actually redeemed an Endwalker game code.

FWIW: I went ahead and bought the Endwalker digital collector's edition again. It provided me with a game registration code upon purchase, like expected. So, not sure what ended up happening with my former purchase. I made a request for a refund of my initial pre-order so we'll see how that goes.

For sure man at least try. i do hope you get it refunded im gonna hold out a little longer this is BS, this has been such a horrible expansion launch so far
