No Endwalker Registration code help!

Ok so ive been on early access, have 3 jobs at 90 already to get my mentor status back and all. I got the Registration code email like the rest of us but when i click on "Unlock you registration code" It only gives me the early access code. I tried looking for it on the store but cant cause i purchased it as a guest sadly. Is there anything im missing?

That is not one I have seen. Wish I could help. Even if I go back to my pre-order email and click the link it takes me to both keys (I was testing to see if it made a difference). I hope you get that worked out.

I've also not yet received my Registration code. I received the email stating, "Endwalker registration code is now available!". But when I go to the "unlock your registration code" link, which directs me to my Endwalker order page on the Square Enix store, the only access code listed under my Endwalker purchase is the early access key. It's just the one key showing, there is no other code. So, yeah.. no registration code appears to have been provided to me. I've reached out to SE support this morning once I realized this, no word back yet. I'll report back if there is any progress.

Cool thanks! Did you preorder from the store as a guest or did you log into your account and order it?

I preordered it with my SE account logged in. I get the same results if I go to https://store.na.square-enix-games.com/ , log into my account, go to my orders, then select "see unlocked key". So, seems it's happening either way since you purchased as a guest.

It's not an exact fit but I have a FC mate with a similar situation. She thought she bought the expansion while on the SE store account, but she must have accidentally bought as guest as she couldn't find the game on her order list. She got no e-mail about the code being available (neither did I, actually, though mine was there when I went into the Orders page)

I told her to locate the Pre-order confirmation email. At the bottom there is a link in a red box that says "Click here to get access to your products".

The title of the e-mail should be something like "Square Enix Pre-order confirmation".

Worked for her, so it's worth a shot?

Go to the same store page where you bought the game, log in, and go through like you're going to purchase it again. You'll get to a screen that'll show you all the games linked to your account. You should see Endwalker there with a red button that says "Show registration code". It SHOULD (operative word) show both the early access and regular codes.

I appreciate the response. Going the route you explained gets me to the same order page where only the early access code is revealed, still no registration code. Seems there are many ways to get to this same page, but the results are still the same, no registration code.

Hmm, if I proceed with the step "go through like you're going to purchase it again", it appears it's just going to let me buy it again. I'm presented with the screen to add a payment method, review order, then check out. It does not redirect me to any screen showing all the games linked to my account.

I'm considering purchasing the FINAL FANTASY® XIV: ENDWALKER™ DIGITAL COLLECTOR’S EDITION [PC DOWNLOAD] again in hopes they would provide me with a registration code for that purchase, then requesting a refund for the former purchase. My only real concern with that is that my previous purchase was back in August, so maybe it's too far back to be considered for a refund.
