They need to add a way to pause accounts. I went to cancel my account and got charged today! SE was nowhere near prepared for this expansion, should of delayed 2 months not 2weeks. Y'all need to give me a way to put my account on hold and save the 30 days i just paid for since i cant play. if you give this option, ill bet a lot of people put there accounts on hold for a couple months to give you time to fix your crap. Right now this is pointless and makes me angry I'm paying for something i cant even play.

No way prepared for this expansion, hmm population explosion 5 months before release in a pandemic that still rocks japan, and causes a major shift and scramble in the tech industry, open transparency, free game time, and sacrificing development servers to augment existing servers since they cant get new ones.

Even if they would delay it for 2 months, it would be literally the same like exactly the same the moment they would launch it anyway because you know. we cant get CPUs and GPUs for personal computers, but hey, magically all big companies can pull them out of their arse for their servers (F the Phone market, the Automobile market, Television market and other right ?)

Level 88 complaining you can't play? I just hit level 88 today and trust me, that's a TON of playtime unless you've been skipping every cutscene.

Obviously you've been playing, or you wouldn't be at level 88. I've had no trouble logging in in the early mornings, and I played all day on Saturday without a single disconnect. I'm not sure what you're on about. They're even giving you seven free days because they realize that servers are too busy to reliably log in right now. What more do you want?!?

Some people just expect the world to be flawless. I've had no problems with the expansion once I got through the queue which is an unfortunate situation - but to think that someone is to blame to a myriad of events that caused the queue to be obscene is just unintelligent honestly.

OP- I can't tell if you're serious or not. I'm extremely lucky that my normal gaming time is opposite of my server's prime time so I've been afforded quite a bit of time to play. I'm halfway through 87 so if you're 88, I know you've had plenty of time in the game. The assertion that you can't play is bogus, your level indicates otherwise. Please have some understanding and empathy for your fellow players who have had very little chance, or none at all, to play.
