Honestly, in my opinion, they should just do away with all A ranks. Leave B ranks for the weekly and daily bills. And S ranks are fun to try and get to spawn and get to.
Reduce the cost of things that need hunt currency.

A ranks are always the cause of so many issues with the hunts, it seems.
