Play something else while you wait for queues?

I'd be more than happy to do something else while I wait in queue. Problem is I have to sit at my PC and babysit the queue because of errors. I go for an hour walk after work. Every day this week I logged in to sit in queue while on a walk. Every day I came back to a 2002 error. I would be happy to go play the Switch while I wait in queue, again, have to babysit the queue.

Well thankfully the Switch is mobile and you can have it with you while you watch the queue, isn't that amazing?
