After going to all the trouble to farm seals and get GC gear, why does this wear off on death? It's extremely inconvenient if you're trying to run Cutter's Cry or Aurum Vale where you're almost guaranteed to die at some point over multiple runs. I've seen suggestions on an item with charges to give yourself sanction in the field, but wtf? Just make the effect persist through death. And if that's too much to ask, then make one of these random NPCs standing outside of every instance area able to bestow Sanction.
