So... seems i somehow figured out how it works

1. Perfect Balance -> 3x Bootshine/Arm of Destroyer -> Elixir field

2. Perfect Balance -> 3 different attacks (Bootshine, True Strike, Snap punch) -> Flint Strike

3. Perfect Balance -> Any of the above to unleash Tornado Kick

Now im unsure what attack to spam for Elixir Field, but those worked.

for elixir field i say is better if posible(in single target situation ofc), to do bootshine(under leaden fist buff) > dragon kick > bootshine, if posible because of dragon kick leaden fist buff buffing bootshine dmg

If you're below level 82, I'd recommend doing three rockbreaker instead of three arm of the destroyer for trash pulls. rockbreaker is 130 potency for all enemies where arm of the destroyer is 110, but once you get the upgrade to shadow of the destroyer, then use that. It's still 110 potency, but like bootshine it's got a gaurenteed critical hit, which means that you'll get 3 charkras getting you most of an enlightenment to follow up your blitz.

Basically it's 3 of any of the same form move gets you elixir field, so you can mix it up if you need to, like a twin snakes and two true strikes if you realize once you activated it that your damage buff was about to fall off, or as mentioned above dragon kick + bootshines.

I noticed perfect balance activates the crits of Shadow and Bootshine too, the damage with perfect balance and Shadow spam is insane.

And yes, seems Bootshine -> Dragon kick -> Bootshine works with perfect balance too.
