Moogle ,Ifrit drops rate

im lost or im doing something really wrong . im 1/34 on ifrit fights and a weapon drop. Just did moogle 4 times that makes it 0/42 and no weapon drops.what is going on . it wouldnt be so bad if i ot totems or kupa nuts . all i get is gil and Dm . whats up with these fights or is SE playing games with me . can someone tell me whats going on or i just sol
