I ordered pizza, paid over $15 as the limit said applied ENDWALKER manually by typing it out, flashed green said applied. Got to the reciept in email no promo code 0.00 on reciept.

Go to customer service grubhub chat was told they can do nothing except cancel the order and try again (but it'd take 5 days to refund on card so if you don't have more money you're SoL). I said just keep the food then and I'll try again. They gave me a link to click to apply it. Refunded me 5 dollars.

I order Dunkin's, grab a matcha and coffee and donuts $15+, order, it shows very clearly across the top of the site that the code was applied at check out. Get to reciept, no promo 0.00.

... I just got pissed (I have a slew of disorders I won't mention the names of because I refuse to use them as excuses) but it does give a short temper.

Don't say you refuse to use them as excuses and then IMMEDIATELY use them as an excuse. You're not the only one out here with mental health problems.
